Mindy Dunaway was born and raised in Ohio and educated at the Dayton Art Institute, Dayton, Ohio where she studied
Graphic Art and Design, Fine Arts and Illustration.

Over twenty years experience in various art disciplines. Employed with two major companies:

• NCR Corporation, Dayton, Ohio - Art Coordinator,
  Art Services Department, (managing a staff of artists) and Artist, International Art Department.  
• Dayton Tire and Rubber Company, Dayton, Ohio (subsidiary of Firestone Tire and Rubber Company) -
  Assistant Art Director, Advertising Department.  

Left the corporate arena to start a home based business in Springboro, Ohio, known as "Mindy Dunaway Freelance Artist", specializing in Graphic Art and Design. Clients included:

           NCR Corporation  |  Proctor & Gamble  |  Kodak   |  Frigidaire |   Art Agencies  |  Art Studios

After relocating to Atlanta, Georgia in 1996, Mindy continued her business but changed her focus to creating custom Pen & Ink Art of Homes, People and Pets and catering to - INDIVIDUAL CLIENTS. Next, Mindy began to market her custom Pen & Ink Art starting with friends and neighbors. Word spread of her unique talent and business grew. Even though Portraits were in demand, Home Renderings quickly became her Number One Seller. Soon builders and architects were enlisting Mindy's services to help advertise their properties, forming a new audience - COMMERCIAL CLIENTS.

She has created hundreds of Pen & Ink Drawings for clients in the Atlanta area and throughout the United States.
